Leopold's Congo Free State

Leopold had no place at the conference. Fortunately for him, twist was there. Twist and some others as well at the conference worked on getting not only this mark, but the British and the French to accept that one of the solutions to any of the great powers getting hold of a large part of Africa would be if it was given to private association or company. By the end of the conference, the Congo Free State was born.
