The Rise of Anarcho-Capitalism in Silicon Valley

The idea that you could effectively kind of see capitalism from its dangers by building up a sort of a denser and denser network of of regulations is to some libertarians seen as really wrong headed. Part of the emergence of anarcho-capitalism has to do with this kind of disenchantment with the global level which I began a conversation with. Some people interesting in a kind of a grim way said is like well if you're trying to replace democracy and yes you can replace it just with insurance companies and arbitration agencies and so on but it's also good to have Like a shared sort of tissue of norms and expectations that a shared culture one could say.
