We don't operate at poaching levels. We go after exclusively the big international traffickers. Poachers are very often poor people living in the middle of nowhere and try to make a living. While they are trafficking ivory or shark fin, they're also into money laundering, human smuggling, narco trafficking. They have their hands in pretty much everything.
