Many of our acquisitions were opportunistic. Lots of sellers came to market because they hadn't even thought about selling before. So there was opportunity, but on the other side of the coin, there was a lot of unknowns as well. I think that adaptability to circumstances is very important. You're never going to know everything. And you're just going to manage that risk.
