Is Procedure Liberalism Just Like the Rules of the Game?
The right side of history always turns out to be my right side. The theory is that you just pour procedure liberalism on to a country and then miraculously, you get english common law wherever you express it. These people do believe that it's ethically neutral, that it's just technicaland we're going to fiddle withad they don't see that the reason the georgia election was not totally corrupted by trump was one man who said no, no, sorry. I'm not going to do that. And that comes from an ethical agreement.
