The Struggle to Create a Culture in a Community

I'm really good at creating culture in a community but not inside of our company. And so the thing is just I didn't have empathy or understanding for our own team right? For me, it's all about this other person like this customer who I'm who I'm Killing myself for Right and so that's where I'm trying to To like all my focus is there so when someone come to me and they're like "I don't feel appreciated" ClickFunnels 2.0 will be available later this year.
