The HP Way in the Startup Environment

I think if you get a book written by Dave Packard, a very small book called the HP way in New York into it, there was like seven or eight value putting in there. I just pick on one or two and then blend it in one area which I find work again and again is fundamentally give your employees respect. And through that process kick off the passionate part of the brain and from then on it's kind of uncontrollable, right? You get the energies, all of that. The thing that I found, you know, I have my scars on his back as well, that in the OXP way that in the execution of that that has less tolerance for mistakes.
