Finding a Fit in a Community of People

Many of us are interested in having those things in a community of people that we actually get along with and like. And yet we go looking for a job. I would advocate that what you did is wholeheartedly different because you went looking for some of the things that were most important to you rather than going and searching for a job, right? You got way better results than nearly everybody else.
