It's difficult to build talent around you in bio pharma right now, because we just don't have the volume of talented people that are necessary. I think when you if you get the chance to be the leader, I think one of the things that I've tried to do is not hire someone who has never worked with them before. And it kind of opens up the playing field because you're going two or three levels below but right where the candidates would come in at.
