"It's not about your day-to-day results," he says of sleep tracking devices. "If you're looking at your results over a week, over a month, then making improvements on it that makes a real difference" He and Mariah Carey don't sleep apart but have two separate beds in their home. The singer also has his own snoring problem himself.
