The Art of Warsaw, a Venetian Painter
Novichviat was rebuilt effectively in the image of how it would have looked in the early 19th century. Nearly all the buildings were reduced to a height of three stories. And so this is sort of also an attempt to make it into an egalitarian kind of enlightenment street, rather than a nasty, capitalist sort of cutthroat, laissez-faire street that had been in the 19th Century.
