We started buying warehouses in 2010, not I think at first even recognizing what was happening with e-commerce. And we started to realize what e-commerce was doing to drive demand for warehouse space. We're also seeing really the impact of re-shoring and realignment of supply chains. And that is ongoing. Both of these phenomenon are global. The megatrends are rarely isolated to just one economy.
