The development of technology is more like a centaur theory of intelligence. It is what we are creating, not the other way around. The system witha human oversight and machine assistance is probably gono be safer than a human on their own or a machine on their own in the long run. That's how i see the kind of a telos, shall we say, a without wanting to be overly prescriptive.
