The Value of Introspection in Facilitation

On the show, we've talked a lot about the value of introspection. What's really interesting to me is that you are actually injecting time for introspection. I think it's game-changing to make sure that it gets its proper space. It's just as important as outer speech, if not more important. We work visually either in Google Slides or a tool like Muriel.
