The Importance of Dreams
I was a few years ago, before the pandemic, I was in Malaysia. And there was a tribe there, the Sonoi, and they had a habit of telling each other their dreams every morning. They were trying to detoxify certain, I mean, dreams are very often a way of practicing difficult situations. That's why youngsters have so many nightmares means children I'm talking about. Otherwise, it's dreams are trying to tell you certain things you don't want to hear daily life.
