The White House can't fix this. Anything that they do is a bandaid. This has to come from Congress. And until Republicans understand that it's got to be comprehensive, it can't just be border first. When they say you have to have a secure border, what does that mean? There will always be ways for people to come in here without documents. Is there the appetite for it? That's the big question, right? Again, the day in politics of what it means.
