What Was It Like to Be a Journalist?

In 2018, you were one of the journalists who started drawing attention to the Windrush scandal. Hundreds of Commonwealth citizens from the Caribbean had wrongly been detained or denied legal rights. What was it like to be involved in a story like that? It was an immediate story, really. I've got very low expectations for what goes on in terms of immigration and race in this country.
