How to Improve Your Recovery With Steroids

When we think about recovery, if we can change the duration that recovery takes, we're going to get better results. This is exactly why steroids work so well. The theory is that muscle movements, increased heart rate, increased body temperature, they all aid in the clearance of lactate and associated waste products. We know that lactate isn't actually the cause of fatigue, but it's a really good marker of the fatigue causing products in our blood.
