More Green Shoots Than Negatives in the Retail Space
There's a lot more green shoots this week in the retail space than an office. The green shoots came in the form of loans paying off that were big 2012 mall loans. Lulu Lemon signed about a 37,000 square foot lease to take the fourth floor and part of the third floor,. It's according to the commercial observer. They said it was up 17% over the past year.
