I've had I've had a coach in some capacity probably for the last five years just to have that sounding board. No one's micromanaged my training on my diet and that obviously that's kind of like Eric's not gonna he's a very very very very good coach. The biggest positive of probably this experience is the journey of self-loss or transcendence if you think about the things that give our life meaningThose are whether it's building a business or whatever it is there seems to be this narrative of transcending something climbingSomething seems to be important for meaning and life satisfaction.
