The Law of Deuteronomy 24 and 25

The command in Deuteronomy 24 that says that when you are cleaning your field, you're bringing in the grain. And if the person is found guilty, they shall be beaten right in accordance with the severity of the crime. There's this kindness to animals that even pops into the commands of the people of Israel. That's what we're going to find as we continue in Scripture: It might not be what we anticipate, but it is what we need.
