The Differences Between Being a Band Member and Other Teams or Organizations

I think talking about the fact that it is a group experience non-individual and it's okay to not be super outgoing. I wish there was more of that in the groups I'm at at work, understanding that just because someone isn't always verbally contributing doesn't mean that they're not contributing in a way. You don't have to be bragging about the work that you're doing that it's, I think marching band is inherently pretty humble and I wish that there is more ofThat in the workplace as well.
