The Regression of China's Innovation Powerhouse

China's success in innovation has been a combination of very these fundamental factors and then these tools that have been deployed. All of this was possible due to the very unique external environment, which I think is not there anymore. So, when we take lessons from China, we have to be aware that these are not completely or entirely transferable to countries. Just because something may have worked in China, it will also work less in India or somewhere else.
