The FTC Order Ends the Litigation With Scott Elliott
Burn Lounge was accused of running a pyramid scheme in 2007. A freeze was placed on their assets and Burn Lounge reportedly began laying off employees. In time, this also happened with Scott Elliott as well as Robert DeBower. The settlement bars the defendant from participating in any pyramid scheme or other prohibited marketing scheme. Bars false earning claims and requires him to give up $20,000 in ill-gotten gains.
