Performance diagnostic is where we go and understand the processes within the business. The trouble with a lot of organizations is they don't design then that view from a user perspective. We really want to major on that by implementing guardrails to metrics. And so the user can be spend more time getting on with their day to day job, knowing that if performance really deteriorates, they'll be alerted to it.
