Building a Team: Hard Skills Versus Intangibles
I would say that for the most part, hard skills are kind of like a, it's a bar. Do you pass the bar? And we have a very high bar in terms of the talent that we bring onto the team. So much of impact is actually just driven by everything else. It's driven by things such as, do you actually, there are a group of people in the world who will just keep going no matter what. That is not just a school project, that they worked on some side project. I think those are the types of experiences that you really want to look for in a startup.
