The Importance of Heads of Terms in Acquisitions
On any acquisition, as you say, the two judges is key. And it would also drive, I think, at what stage you decide to engage a lawyer. Your first principal contact with us would be at the stage you've reached over a finalised and will be close to finalising your heads of terms. The important thing is that key issues such as security for deferred, consideration for deferred payments, are highlighted and agreed at that stage.
