There are lots of scenarios to game out as a part of that process. I'd normally look at the business and say, what are the big decisions we'll have to make? So people decisions are always applicable. It really does help bottom out how comfortable it is somebody working through change,. Because in hypercroth businesses very rarely go as you expect. That's the nature of the situation.
