Bush's Reputation as a Leader

When he was running for governor in texas, Bush seemed relaxed and articulate. But when he became president it seems like his handlers made him less Fluent. "I don't agree with everything that president bush did but uh, I definitely think he was a high integrity leader," says the former White House aide.
