Don't assume that movies and tv series are the best things to listen to. If you like watching films in english don't let me stop you if you're a big fan of the marvel cinematic universe for example then go ahead and watch avengers endgame in english twice. Don't get too used to always having subtitles when you listen because this means that you don't develop proper listening skills. Use subtitles or scripts after you've listened in order to identify which bits you got and which bits you didn't but ultimately just relax and enjoy the process.
