Why does it matter who owns your house I mean it matters who to use a word that everyone's going to be familiar is it clearly matters who your landlord is. Your landlord A is the is the one that sets your rent and B also is theone that imposes any extra costs that might go with living in that property things like you know fees for having pets or paying rents late. So the landlord has a has a very significant say over the conditions and cost of your everyday life as a tenant now the very last thing I want to do is say asset manager is bad all other landlords good that's clearly not true there are quite good reasons for thinking well why would living in an apartment
