I don't thin you lke housing. I think we're in a period where rates are going to be higher for longer. It's going to be very unusual if inflation actually moderates and then just levels off. One thing i thought, and not to give myself too much credit, but i did have mike wilson, the chief us Equity strategist, and morgan stanley on the show. He said, i think yeld have topped out here. And he still expects the s amd p to go down to three thousand, test that low and come up.
