Mindfulness is that process of and staying in the presence, so observing the thoughts that come into your mind. So i love to think of mindfulness as a a spotlight. You can't control who's coming on t stage or how long theyre going to be there. But all you have is the spotlight, and you can choose which ones you're going to focus on and for how long. And it was only once i started using it that i had that ah ri, yes, this is helpful a moment.
