When a person breathes, first of all, to breathe low, we have to breathe through the nose. We do need low breathing for calmness of the mind and slow breathing is also beneficial. But if you have an individual with a high respiratory rate, 15, 16 plus breaths per minute, the communication from the body back to the brain is that the body is in a state of stress. Anything you're doing before fasting to ensure the body is more likely to use fat for fuel rather than glycogenone protein? Yeah. The biggest thing I found with that was having a transition period. And then what I do to monitor compliance is how did it go after your 24 hour fast?
