The industryt split on m p s to some extent. I think there's more people there for it than against it, but there's some vocal people that are against it. If an airline is getting a badmpescore, it didn't necessarily mean because it was hir's fault,. It meant theyad created a bad template or a bad experience. We can imagine qualtrix having something very similar. But i ecause you had a bad survey, you had bad content on the qualtrix platform.
