The CTO at a scale job credibly is a unicorn. VCs give very little insight into the tech of companies that they're investing in. It's infinitely harder to hire a competent CTO for an organization than it is to hired a competent CEO. AI is coming to every single org and we can talk about specifically where and how so somebody who understands data and AI and technology is going to be even more like 100 times more critical in the near future, he says.
