Is YouTube Refunding My Super Chats?

YouTube doesn't do super chat refunds at all. I would like the ability to refund people on their request if they accidentally send multiple ones or they made a mistake. Excuse me for them. If YouTube is not processing those transactions correctly, unfortunately, there's nothing I can do. You have to talk to Neil and company, one of the annoying things I'd like to help out as much as I can,. They take a huge cut and then we don't even see that money for six weeks or like two months.
