The Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme in Gibraltar
The armed forces parliamentary scheme has been running for years. A dozen or so m ps every year take part in different bits of the plan. They were accompanied by these two military chaperones on the plan. On arrival in gibraltar, they became worried about the behaviour and drinking of three of the m ps. One witness told me that they were extremely drunk and there was a whole sort of cafuffle at the airport in gibraltar upon rival.
