Is There a Vertical Resentment?
The idea of a wealthy class that is taking advantage of the lower classes, it's not really there in American society. Do you think that's changed with Trump? I don't see how it's going to be translated into the vertical level because everyone identifies with the people that are like this group at your same level. You identify with the oppressor. Even if they know they're never going to attain that themselves, they can enjoy it through the identification with him. It seems to me hard to see or to envision that resentment being moved in that direction. And then, but I don't, so I feel like it's so, and so I don't know.
