Hay: I make goals that are attainable. You trust yourself to do what you say you're going to do, and then you learn what to do when the time comes, when the urge comes. Hay: The only thing keeping me from following through with myself is this feeling of resistance that i don't want to,. And it's uncomfortable and i feel tight and i feel a little gittery. But i'm going to breathe into it. It's not dangerous. Breathe a feel it, process it.
