Is ESP True?

Darrell Bem published a paper in one of the most prestigious psychology journals showing evidence that ESP is true. He was well-respected and publishing in Good Journal, so all the usual peer review just didn't catch it. It's just the shock that that could have happened, that there was no self-correction.
