The Importance of Having a Common Language
I think one thing I'm taking away from this is naming that out loud to your partners, your peers, your team. To be able to help them do their own mental model around, you know, their contributions and where they feel comfortable in the process. And remember, when teams are all trained on this, then they do have common vernacular,. So then we can say, are we in the implementation stage of this moment in time? What tools might we use? Who should be here? Anybody can come, who should be? That way, then again, it's not personal. It's not professional. Everybody is on board wrestling with the problem and not each other.
