The Importance of Positive Feedback in Company Communication

I feel like all company communication can be a real challenge, especially if it's like negative. Some of these messages are not easy and they're not really mass messages. You have to send them mass because you can't be like targeted on right. But I think that my advice still stands though, which is like, what is your objective with this? And when you shop it around someone, are you meeting your objective? That's not that hard to suss out. No one's going to be happy with anything as a leader that you do in one particular channel. It doesn't mean you shouldn't still try to make it the best that it can be but it's hard.
