The patient received a bone marrow biopsy showing normal cellular bone marrow with trilinium humatopoiesis. There was no morphologic or immuno-phenotypic evidence of plasma cell neoplasm. The ASO and DNA speed titers were strongly positive, reflecting streptococcal infection. C3GN: Give your thoughts to C3GN. And also the other one that I'm wondering about is this entity called NGRS, which was monoclonal gammopathy of renal significance.
