iiveli has a lot of self care practices, but without them she can't get through the week. This year iveli dived really head first into movement - every day i have to do some enjoyable form of movement. I'm scheduling time to do things like read something that i find 'really fascinating', even if it's just ten or 15 minutes per day. And also, getting the sunlight on my face every day, like going out, even when it's freezing.
