Is There a Safe Space for Diversity and Equity in the Illustration Industry?
I know some industries are really slow about moving into this, but I'm warning for the person who's listening that may be concerned about being a roadblock for them getting into the industry. Can you speak to that? Maybe, you know, if possible, reassure them? I think they are getting a lot better. You can make a living wage and be comfortable. But again, most people aren't. Rich doesn't matter. It is important to get compensated enough so that you aren't so that you're able to survive.
