In many ways, there are echoes of what happened with the nuclear arms races, nuclear accidental escalation here too. The danger is that a machine may actually say, oh, well, there's a nuclear attack. I'm going to retaliate now,. And this would be the counter argument, maybe this a i nabal system would be so clever to indeed also realize all these things. But yet, this is exactly the danger. Even smaller states can procure and develop some partsof these capabilities than it was in stilles for nuclear weapons. How do we maintain meaning full control, or how do we continue to have an role in making the decisions?
