I worry that some of these things have created, also created like a lot of anxiety for people related to their sleep. I think maintaining kind of a healthy, predictable lifestyle will probably get you a lot farther than buying a lightbox. But it's true that, you know, you have to fit it in the context of your life. And if you're getting outside already and you're getting whatever amount of sunlight that you're getting, that might be sufficient. If it feels like it's not, you can try something else.
