Three different meds became FDA approved within six months of each other. They just were not going to be useful because they couldn't find something that could inhibit the C-GRP and last long enough to be useful. And so that's where the idea of monoclonal antibodies kind of came into play. Right now, it's really hard to get insurance approval, though, under 18. But I will use them off label in kids who are 15 and above. In that age range, if I've tried other treatments, I wouldn't do this as a first line.
