The bodybuilder had a blood glucose spike that was big enough to qualify for eating ice cream. She obviously overextended her ability to synthesize and that's something that we're going to talk about so much of the protein that she consumed converted into glucose in a very unlikely fashion. The goal of eating only protein, particularly for somebody who wants to control blood glucose and insulin is to not have such a huge spike.
